Molly McFarland is a Chicago-based marketing executive, content creator, and media strategist with more than 15 years of experience driving growth at the intersection of entertainment, sports, culture, and brand storytelling.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Molly’s passion for creativity and television led her to study Broadcast and Electronic Communication at Marquette University. She began her career in entertainment marketing in 2008 at Sportsman Channel, where she rose quickly from leading a team of telemarketers to overseeing network sales and marketing across the East region. By the time the company was acquired by Kroenke Sports & Entertainment in 2015, Sportsman Channel had grown from a private equity–backed startup—originally launched out of a rural Wisconsin garage—into a national network reaching more than 30 million households.
After relocating to Chicago in 2016, Molly worked as a freelance sales and marketing consultant and on-air talent for a range of Chicago-based agencies and television productions. In 2017, she joined the leadership team at Great Lakes Dental Partners, a Shore Capital Partners portfolio company, where she led all marketing, brand, and patient experience initiatives for a 24-location dental group, supporting revenue growth and operational scale.
In 2020, Molly returned to media as Director of Ad Sales Marketing for Outdoor Sportsman Group, part of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. Today, she serves as Director of Sales Marketing at Teton Ridge, where she leads go-to-market strategy, sponsorship development, and revenue-driving marketing initiatives across a growing ecosystem of Western sports, media, and lifestyle brands. In this role, Molly partners closely with sales, programming, production, research, and brand teams to develop high-impact sponsorship opportunities, custom brand activations, and cross-platform storytelling across linear television, streaming, digital, social, and live events—including marquee properties like Cowboy Channel, The American Rodeo and National Finals Rodeo.
Throughout her career, Molly has worked with high-profile partners ranging from homegrown startups to blue chip brands, including Xfinity, DIRECTV, DISH Network, French’s, and Stanley. Known for her strategic yet creative approach, she specializes in building scalable marketing solutions that drive revenue, EBITDA growth, and long-term brand equity. Molly believes that everything is marketing, marketing is everything, and advertising remains one of the most powerful art forms in modern culture.
In addition to her corporate leadership work, Molly is also a TikTok and UGC content creator, where she creates relatable, high-performing content centered on career growth, ambition, motherhood, confidence, and modern womanhood. Her content blends humor, honesty, and insight—resonating with a highly engaged audience and making her a sought-after partner for brands looking to connect authentically with professional women and millennial consumers.
Molly lives in downtown Chicago with her husband and son. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city’s food and entertainment scene, long walks through the Windy City, cooking spicy meals, singing along to the K-Pop Demon Hunters soundtrack with her son, and watching far too much true crime television.
